The company is a wholly state-owned company with limited liabilities, which was legally applied to the industrial and commercial administration for establishment strictly according to the Articles of Association. The company has set up a self-contained management and regulation system such as the administration system, the financial management system, the business management system, the comprehensive examination system and the openness system of company affairs.
The company had acquired ISO 9001:2000 Certificate from TUV Rheinland/Berlin Brandenburg GmbH and become the first company holding this certificate in the same trade. Then, we established a scientific business management system relying on ISO management manual and supported by the training system. Meanwhile, we also established the managerial principles of “Getting Victory Relying on High-quality Service”. |
